What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments in USD and PHP via PayPal, GCash, and GoTyme. Please wait for confirmation and a payment request before sending any money.
Do I need to pay upfront?
You can either pay 100% upfront or split it 50% upfront and 50% after I send the sketch for approval.
How long will it take to complete my commission?
Delivery typically takes 3 days to a week, depending on complexity, health, other work, and exam seasons.
Can I use the artwork commercially?
No. Commissions are for personal use only, unless we’ve discussed and agreed on commercial rights beforehand.
Can I post the artwork on my social media?
Absolutely! You’re free to post it online, but please give credit where due and don’t alter or sell the artwork.
Can I cancel my commission?
You can cancel before I start working for a full refund. If I’ve already started, you’ll receive a partial refund (50%) and the work as-is. Once the piece is completed, no refunds are allowed.
What happens if I charge back through PayPal?
If you file a chargeback without following my refund policy, you forfeit all rights to the artwork and will be blacklisted from future commissions.
