I offer English and Arabic transcription, including Egyptian Arabic. Other Arabic dialects are welcome, but please send a short sample before ordering so I can confirm suitability.
What file formats do you accept?
I accept common audio and video formats, including MP3, WAV, M4A, and MP4. Please contact me before ordering if you have another format.
Do you provide subtitles?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages include synchronized SRT subtitles. Speaker labels can also be included when requested.
Can you transcribe recordings with multiple speakers?
Yes. Basic includes up to 2 speakers, Standard up to 3, and Premium up to 4. Additional speakers are available as a paid extra.
What if my recording has background noise or strong accents?
Please send a short sample before ordering. I will assess the audio quality and confirm whether I can provide an accurate transcript.
Do you use AI for transcription?
Yes. I use AI-assisted transcription tools alongside human proofreading and quality checks to improve accuracy, formatting, and subtitle synchronization.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover corrections to the agreed transcript, subtitles, or formatting. New recordings, additional audio minutes, or changes to the original requirements are not included.
