I will do a professional pcb dfm review and gerber analysis for manufacturing
About this Gig
Welcome to your professional PCB DFM Review!
Are you preparing to send your PCB layout to production? Don't waste money on failed factory prototypes.
With years of hands-on experience as a Process & DFM Technician in high-standard Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), I know exactly how real assembly lines and SMT machines operate. I bridge the gap between your digital design and the physical factory floor.
What I will check in your design:
- * Gerber Verification: Track clearance, copper balance, via issues, and solder mask registration.
- * DFM / DFA Analysis: Ensuring your components are optimized for pick-and-place machines, selective soldering, and milling.
- * BOM & Footprint Match: Checking if your bill of materials perfectly fits your PCB footprints to avoid assembly blocks.
- * IPC-A-610 Compliance: Verifying that your design supports high-quality, defect-free industrial soldering.
What you will receive:
A comprehensive PDF DFM Audit Report featuring screenshots of critical issues, marked risks, and actionable corrective actions.
What I need to start:
- 1. Your Gerber files (RS-274X or ODB++ format).
- 2. Your BOM in Excel format.

FAQ
What files do I need to provide for the DFM review?
Please provide your PCB layout in Gerber format (RS-274X or ODB++) along with your Bill of Materials (BOM) in Excel format containing the Manufacturer Part Numbers (MPN).
Do you modify my original design files?
No, I provide an independent audit report detailing what needs to be changed. However, if you order the Premium package and use KiCad, I can apply the corrective actions directly to your layout files if requested.
Is my technical data and product design safe with you?
Absolutely. I respect intellectual property and commercial secrets with high-security standards. All your Gerber files, BOMs, and schematics are treated with strict confidentiality and will never be shared.
