Your supplier API documentation or feed URL, target platform name, and login credentials. I will review and confirm the scope before starting.
Which platforms and marketplaces do you support?
Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, eBay, and any platform that accepts product data via API or XML. I can also work with Turkish marketplaces like Trendyol and Hepsiburada.
What if my supplier format is unusual or poorly documented?
That is my specialty. I have worked with poorly structured APIs and custom XML schemas. Send me the docs and I will assess it before you order.
Which database and server infrastructure do you use?
I work with MySQL, MariaDB, and AWS Aurora. Scripts are deployed on AWS EC2 with cron automation. I can also work with your existing server.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after delivery?
Yes. Premium package includes 1 month support. For other packages, maintenance can be arranged as a separate agreement.
Do you handle image optimization, CDN, and backups?
Yes. I can integrate AWS S3 for image storage, Cloudflare CDN for fast delivery, image compression on sync, and automated database backups on AWS.
How are product images stored and delivered?
Images are stored on AWS S3 and mirrored to Cloudflare R2 for backup and redundancy. Cloudflare CDN ensures fast global delivery with automatic compression.
Can I monitor which products are synced and their marketplace status?
Yes. I can build a lightweight admin panel showing sync status, which products are live on which marketplace, stock levels, and error logs in real time.
