I will build a multichannel pim and order management portal

About this gig
Managing products across Shopify, WooCommerce, your own site, and marketplaces like Amazon or eBay shouldn't mean juggling five separate systems.
I build a single portal that connects them all - one place for your catalog, suppliers, pricing, and orders across every channel you sell on.
WHAT IT DOES:
Catalog: up to 20,000 SKUs, category tree, variants, barcodes, multi-language
Import: manual entry, FTP, XLSX/CSV, XML feed, or API - any supplier format
Sync: Shopify, WooCommerce, your own site, Amazon, eBay, and regional marketplaces worldwide
SEO-safe: consistent URLs with auto 301 redirects if you switch platforms
Orders: pull orders from every channel into one panel, ship, auto-invoice
Extra: competitor price tracking via sitemap.xml, AWS S3 media, daily backups
PROVEN, NOT THEORETICAL: I run Rentegra and parcayuvasi.com on this exact architecture - not a demo template, the system I use in my own business.
A 14-day demo is available before you commit. Hosted on our AWS infrastructure with Cloudflare protection and daily backups.
Want the source code to self-host? Full buyout available - message me.

FAQ
Is this a hosted service or do I get the source code?
By default this is a hosted service - I run it on my own AWS infrastructure so you don't manage servers. Want full source code and to run it on your own server instead? That's available as a custom buyout - message me for a quote.
How do suppliers upload their products?
You create supplier accounts with limited permissions. They upload via CSV/XLSX, FTP, XML feed, or API - whichever they have. You review and approve before anything goes live on your channels.
What happens when a supplier updates their file?
The system compares the new file against your catalog automatically: new items are added, existing items are updated (price, stock, etc.), nothing is duplicated. This works across every import method, not just one.
Can I manage orders from all my channels in one place?
Yes. Orders from every connected channel (your website, Shopify, marketplaces) appear in one panel. Accept, ship, add tracking numbers - the system automatically updates the order status back on the original platform.
Can it connect to my invoicing system?
Yes, the panel can integrate with your invoicing software to auto-generate invoices when an order comes in, so you don't have to create them manually per order.
What happens to my SEO if I switch platforms or suppliers?
Product URLs are generated from a consistent slug structure, not tied to any platform. If you switch stores or suppliers, the system automatically creates 301 redirects from old URLs to new ones, so your Google rankings and indexed pages aren't lost.
What if I don't have a website yet?
The panel can work as your storefront directly - customer accounts, order-focused checkout - so you can start selling before building a dedicated website.
How is this different from your other "sync" gig?
That gig connects one supplier feed to one store - a lighter, faster job. This gig builds you a full portal: multiple suppliers, multiple channels, order management, and full source code ownership. Message me if unsure which fits.
Do you support Turkish marketplaces like Trendyol or Hepsiburada?
Yes - I've built and run production integrations with Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and Pttavm on my own live stores. These are supported alongside Amazon, eBay, and other regional marketplaces.
Can I track competitor pricing?
Yes. You can add a competitor's public sitemap.xml and the system monitors their listed prices for your products over time, shown directly in your dashboard - no manual checking required.
