I will provide california adu structural calculations and permit engineering

About this gig
Struggling to get your California ADU plans approved? Most permit delays don't come from bad design they come from structural calculations that fail plan check. One missing shear wall detail or a miscalculated seismic load, and your permit sits in corrections for weeks.
I'm a licensed structural engineer providing PE-stamped calculations built specifically for California ADU permitting no templates, no shortcuts. Every package includes full gravity and lateral load analysis: foundation design, beam/header sizing, floor and roof framing, shear wall layout, holdown and connection design, and wind/seismic load calculations engineered to current CBC and ASCE 7 requirements.
Already have plan check corrections? I'll review the reviewer's comments, revise the calculations, and hand you a resubmittal-ready package fast.
Clients keep coming back because I don't just crunch numbers, I build packages that pass. Clean documentation, fast responses, and calculations plan checkers approve without a fight. Contractors, designers, and ADU companies trust me because I get their permits through the first time.
Message me your plans today and let's get your ADU permit-ready.

FAQ
What do you need from me to start the calculations?
Your architectural plans (floor plan, elevations, roof plan) with dimensions, the project address, and a soil report if you have one. No soil report yet? I use the code default bearing capacity and flag it as an assumption in the package.
Do the calculations account for my specific city or county's requirements?
Yes. Wind speed, seismic design category, and soil bearing values are pulled for your exact site, not a statewide default. Two identical ADU floor plans in different counties will not produce identical calculations.
What's actually in the deliverable. just numbers, or drawings too?
A full stamped package: gravity and lateral load analysis, foundation design, beam/header schedule, shear wall layout, and holdown/connection schedule. Submission-ready, not a raw spreadsheet you have to interpret.
