I will turn google sheets rows into pdf invoices and documents with apps script
Google Sheets automation with Apps Script, Excel dashboards, data cleanup
About this Gig
One row in your Google Sheet becomes one finished PDF: an invoice, a quote, a letter. A Google Apps Script fills your own Google Docs template, makes the PDF, saves it in Drive and puts the link in the row. Emailing it to clients: ask for a custom order.
THREE THINGS IT DOES
1. Placeholders come from your template, not a fixed list. Add {{Purchase order}} to the template and a matching column, and it fills. A placeholder without a column stops the run and names it before any file is made.
2. Line items (custom order) are a repeating row, not five fixed slots. One invoice has two lines, the next forty, same template.
3. Amounts survive real spreadsheets: 1.234,56 and 1,234.56 and EUR 1234,56 all read right, and totals add up to the cent.
BUILT FOR REAL USE
A finished row is never run again, a bad row fails alone and says why, and test mode sends every email to you, not to the client.
WHAT YOU CONTROL WITHOUT CODE
Template, Drive folder, email text, currency, VAT rate. All on a Settings tab.
Ask me for the demo sheet to look through before you order. You own the sheet and script, no subscription. If it breaks within 14 days because of how I built it, I fix it.

FAQ
Can it use my existing Word invoice?
Yes. I turn it into a Google Docs template as close to your layout as Docs allows, and show you the result before anything goes out.
40 lines on one invoice and 2 on the next?
Yes. The invoice grows to fit, same template. Line items are a custom order: message me first.
Will it email my clients during testing?
Only if you choose to. Create documents never emails. Create and email documents does, and while your address is in the test mode cell on the Settings tab, every email goes to you.
Do I need Google Workspace?
No, a free Google account is enough. Google lets it send about 100 automatic emails a day.
What happens after delivery?
You own the sheet and the script. No subscription, nothing to renew. If it breaks within 14 days because of how I built it, I fix it.
