Can you work from a hand sketch?
Yes, as long as the main measurements are marked. If any are missing, I will ask before I start.
Are these permit drawings?
No. They are design and planning drawings. For a permit, a licensed professional in your area must prepare or certify the construction set.
Metric or imperial?
Either. Tell me which you prefer and every dimension will use it.
Does this include interior design?
No. This gig covers the floor plan and furniture layout: where rooms, walls and furniture go. Finishes, materials, lighting and 3D interior renders are a separate service. Message me if you need full interior design.
