About this gig
Your technician fills in a short form on site, on a phone or a laptop, and adds photos from the camera. When they press Submit, a script fills your report template with the answers and the photos, saves it as a PDF and emails it to your customer. A copy stays in your Google Drive.
It runs on Google Forms, Sheets and Apps Script, so there is nothing to install and no monthly fee. I build it in a copy you own, you authorize it once in your own Google account, and you get a written guide your team can follow.

FAQ
Do my technicians need a Google account?
Yes, to add photos. Google Forms asks people to sign in before they upload a file.
Does it work without internet?
No. The form needs a connection to submit, and the PDF is made right after.
How many reports can it email?
Google limits how many emails a script can send per day, and the limit is lower on free accounts. I set it up to fit the number of visits you do.
Will you need my Google password?
No. You share a copy and authorize the script yourself.
