What do you need to get started?
Please provide the complete RFP or tender brief, relevant amendments, company information, proposed solution, supporting experience, approved pricing where needed, and deadline. For editing, include your existing draft.
Can you write a complete tender response?
I can draft a response within the selected package limits and agreed scope. Larger or specialized tenders require a document review and custom offer. You must supply and verify your technical, commercial, and company information.
Do you guarantee compliance or a contract award?
No. I organize the response around the supplied requirements and flag missing information. You remain responsible for verifying eligibility, factual accuracy, mandatory evidence, and the final submission. Award decisions belong to the buyer.
What is included in a revision?
A revision refines the delivered content within the original brief. New sections, a different RFP, changed business information, or additional requirements may require a separate quote. Basic includes one revision; Standard and Premium include two.
Do you use AI tools?
I may use AI tools to support structure and wording, with my review and editing. Please discuss any AI restrictions or confidentiality requirements before ordering. Sensitive client documents will not be uploaded to external AI tools without your permission.
