What happens if the café is completely booked and you cannot get the slot?
While my success rate is extremely high, these slots sell out in seconds. If your exact preferred time is unavailable, I will immediately try for your backup dates/times. If we cannot find any slot that fits your schedule, I will issue a full refund.
Does your service fee include the food or drinks at the café?
No. My fee covers only my time, effort, and expert booking service to secure your reservation. You will pay the café directly for any food, drinks, or merchandise you order during your visit.
How far in advance should I order your gig?
The official booking windows open exactly 31 days in advance at 6:00 PM JST (Japan Standard Time). To give me the best chance to secure your spot, please message me and place your order at least 2 to 3 days before that window opens.
Can you book for large groups of more than 5 people?
The café limits the number of seats per reservation. If you have a large family or group, please message me directly before ordering so we can discuss a custom strategy to book multiple tables.
