FAQ
Will I lose my old emails?
No. Your source mailbox stays untouched during the migration - I copy, I do not move and delete. Nothing gets removed until you have confirmed everything arrived correctly in the new mailbox.
Will my email stop working during the migration?
The migration itself runs in the background while your current email keeps working. When we switch MX records to the new platform, I plan the cutover carefully so disruption stays minimal. DNS propagation can take a short time depending on your provider.
Can you migrate Gmail or Google Workspace to Outlook or Microsoft 365?
Yes, in both directions. Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace are the two most common migrations I handle.
Can you migrate cPanel or webmail email?
Yes. cPanel and webmail accounts migrate to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho or any IMAP-supported platform.
Do you migrate contacts and calendars too?
Where the platforms support it, yes - included in Standard and Premium, and available as an extra on Basic. Message me with your source and destination and I will confirm what transfers.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on mailbox size and provider transfer limits. A small mailbox moves in hours; a 30GB mailbox takes longer because providers throttle bulk transfers. I will give you a realistic timeline after the pre-migration review.
Do you need my passwords?
Admin access or temporary access to the source and destination accounts works best for migration. Screen share is possible for some setups. You can change all passwords after delivery.
