What file formats do you accept?
I accept .docx, .txt, .pdf, .xlsx, and Google Docs links. For best results, .docx with Track Changes enabled is recommended so you can easily see all edits.
How do you count word count?
I count the total words in the source text. If your content exceeds the package limit, I'll notify you and offer the Additional Words add-on at $5 per 100 words.
Do you only fix typos, or do you improve the writing too?
It depends on the package. Basic covers grammar, spelling & punctuation. Standard and Premium also include style, clarity, and tone improvements.
Can you match my brand voice?
Yes! Please share examples of your preferred tone or a style guide when you order. I'll align all edits to match your brand voice throughout.
What if I'm not satisfied with the edits?
All packages include revision rounds. If something doesn't feel right, just let me know and I'll revise until you're fully satisfied.

Fair question. That's exactly why I send a free sample edit of a short section of your own text before you commit. You judge the quality on your own content, not on a star rating. You never ship Korean blind with me.

How fast can you deliver?

Do you work from the English source, or only the Korean?
Both. Send just the Korean and I'll polish it to read naturally. Send the English source too and I'll also catch mistranslations — places where the Korean is technically correct but says something the original didn't. Sharing the source always gets a better result.
