Do I need to install anything for remote help?
For most jobs, I’ll guide you through a safe, temporary remote support tool (like AnyDesk or TeamViewer). If you’re not comfortable with remote access, I can walk you through fixes step-by-step.
What if you can’t fix my problem?
If I can’t solve your issue, I’ll let you know right away. You will not be charged.
