It helps, but it is not required. If you do not have hosting yet, I will tell you what fits your site and budget before you buy anything.

I start from a clean Elementor layout and design it around your brand. I do not use pirated or nulled themes, so your site stays safe to update.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. I rebuild it on the same domain and keep your content, then switch it over when you approve the new version.
Will my site rank on Google?
I set up the SEO basics so Google can read your site properly. Ranking also depends on your content and competition, so no one can honestly guarantee it.
