I will give you developmental feedback on your creative writing

I will provide you with feedback on your novel or short story. I look for balance in action and exposition, prose and dialogue, and using dialogue to its best effect. I will check scene and chapter beginnings, ending hooks and transitions, making sure the reader is engaged by each. I will help you to "show not tell" to maximise reader engagement, and look at your character depth and motivations. I will check pacing, use of vocabulary, repetitions and "saidisms". I will look at scene setting and whether your created "world" hangs together, and look for inconsistencies in character, setting and action.

I bring that outsider's eye, notice when and where elements dont fit or something's missing. I encourage where something is working well.

The offer is for 10000 words so you need to order in multiples if you have more than this. Each gig generates one to two pages of A4 feedback (TnR 12pt double spaced).
