What access do you need to get started?
SSH access is ideal, it lets me diagnose faster, but FTP/cPanel or WordPress admin access works fine too. Whatever you're able to provide is fine; if you're not sure what your host supports, just tell me who you're hosted with and I'll let you know.
What if the issue isn't fully fixed after delivery?
Revisions cover the issue as originally reported. If it isn't resolved, I'll keep working on that same issue within your package's limit. Newly discovered or unrelated issues are a separate order.
Can you fix a hacked or malware-infected site?
Yes, malware removal and hardening are included. A heavily compromised site with unknown entry points is usually better scoped as a custom order so I can quote it accurately.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance after the fix?
Yes. Once we've worked together on a fix, I can put together a monthly maintenance plan for your site, just ask after delivery.
