I genuinely love endurance sport and I love helping people take their first steps into it without feeling overwhelmed or intimidated. Whether you're training for your first race or getting back into a routine, I create personalised running training plans that fit around real life, not the other way around!
Over the last 5 years I've taken part in endurance events including marathons, half-marathons, ultra-marathons, and triathlons (IRONMAN & IRONMAN 70.3). I've learned first-hand that the best training plans aren't the most extreme they're the ones you can actually stick to.
Every plan I build is tailored to your goals, experience, schedule, and time constraints. You'll get clear structure, realistic progression, and plenty of breathing room for work, family, and rest. No guilt if life gets busy, no pressure to be perfect just a plan that supports you.
You'll receive both a detailed training plan and a simple weekly overview, so you always know what you're doing and why. My aim is to help you feel confident, motivated, and excited about training not stressed by it.

Every plan is built around your goals, schedule, experience, and event details. I use a structured framework, but the plan itself is tailored to you — no generic, one-size-fits-all templates.
Who are these training plans best suited for?
These plans are ideal for beginners, first-time race participants, and runners who want structure without training taking over their life. They’re especially popular with busy people balancing work, family, and other commitments.
Do I need any special equipment or apps?
No. You can follow the plan using just the spreadsheet provided. If you use a watch or tracking app, great — but it’s not required.
Will this plan tell me exactly how fast to run?
Yes, the detailed plan includes pace guidance and clear effort descriptions. The focus is on how runs should feel, not hitting exact numbers every time.
Does this include ongoing coaching or check-ins?
No live coaching or ongoing monitoring is included. Premium offers limited email support for plan-related questions, but this is a structured training plan rather than 1-to-1 coaching.
Can the plan be adjusted if my schedule changes?
Yes. Standard includes one revision after review, and Premium includes an optional mid-plan adjustment if life circumstances change.
What experience do you have with endurance training?
