FAQ
Do you make the logo White, grey, or any other colour?
Yes I can help you.
Are you work for bundle offer?
yes
What is the difference between raster files and vector files?
Raster files are created with pixel-based software or captured with a camera or scanner. They are more common in general such as jpg, gif, png. Vector files are math-defined shapes created with vector software (Adobe Illustrator) and are scalable without loosing any quality.
Why do I need a vector file?
Vector files can infinitely adjust in size without losing resolution, and are more versatile for certain types of tasks than raster files.
Why can't I open vector file?
To open a vector file you need to install Adobe illustrator software. In case you don't have it, no worries, you can simply preserve/save the vector files as it is on your PC/laptop. Your web-guy or your printing guy might ask you for vector files. They will be able to access these files for sure.
What file formats do you deliver?
You will receive the final design in AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, high-resolution JPEG, and transparent PNG formats. If you need a specific file type, let me know.
Can you work with stock images or existing logos?
Yes, I can — but please make sure you have the proper license or permission to use and modify them. I don’t check copyright, so the responsibility is yours.
