Should I contact you before placing an order?
Yes. Please send the device types, OS or RouterOS versions, IP ranges, current network topology, required result, and number of peers or sites. I will confirm the appropriate package.
What access will you need?
I may need temporary authorized administrative access to the relevant Linux, VPS, or MikroTik devices. For router and firewall changes, please have a current backup and, preferably, Safe Mode or console access available.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers corrections within the originally agreed configuration. Additional devices, peers, sites, topology changes, or new requirements may require additional hours or a custom offer.
How will we communicate?
This Gig is designed for asynchronous, text-based work. I provide written updates and a brief handover summary. Live calls and training are not included.
