Do I need to provide my own images?
Your own images give the best results. If you don't have labels, choose Production Model or Full Solution (annotation included), or ask me about suitable public datasets.
Can you work with only a few defect samples?
Yes. Rare defects are normal in industry. I use data augmentation, synthetic defect generation and anomaly-detection approaches that learn from good parts, so we can start even with very few defect images.
