I will clean and deduplicate your excel or CSV contact list

A contact list pulled from three places usually has the same person twice under two spellings, phones in five formats and a few emails that will bounce. Send me the file and tell me what it is for (CRM import, mailing, sales calls).

What you get:

• Your list back in Excel or CSV, one row per real contact, with names, emails and phones in one consistent format.
• Near-duplicates merged on company plus person, not on name alone, so two different people with the same name stay separate.
• Nothing deleted silently: every removed, merged or flagged row is listed, so you can check each decision.

I only work with the list you send and are authorized to share. I do not find new contacts, scrape websites, verify emails with outside tools or send messages.
