What I offer you is my experience. I started playing piano at the age of 5, started composing at 13, producing at 20.
at the age of 30 I started to learn proper mixing.
today, at the age of 38, I'm a composer, arranger, producer, multi instrumentalist & sound engineer.

What can I do with the Track without a Commercial Use?
you can do everything you want with it, a part from anything that has to do with monetization. if you intend to have money income thanks to the support of my track, then I should be part of that monetization. what you are paying now is for creating an original music under your directions.
What can I do with the Track with a Commercial Use?
if you intend to monetize through my track, with Commercial Use only I will still have part of the copyrights. we will split the royalties that the track eventually produces. you will NOT have the right to monetize from it BEFORE letting me know that you are using it for such purposes.
What can I do with the Track with an Exclusive Rights Use?
Everything you want. On your demand I would even sign an official document that would legally demand me to erase every project file and audio I have left in my pc. You will be a 100% owner.
