2. How fast does the design process take?

3. What should i do if I'm not 100% sure about my design?

4. I see that there are commercial uses and copyrights in your gig. What is the difference between commercial use and copyright?
Commercial use in the premium package service will provide a design with commercial value, which will make it more appealing than the design in the standard and basic packages. While the copyright is a letter stating that the design belongs entirely to the client.
5. What is the difference between Vector Files and Source Files?
A vector file is a format of your logo that be scaled to any size without losing its original quality. It is useful if you wish to print out the design. Meanwhile, the source file is master file of your design and it's editable file for your design.
6. What should be prepared to order a design from the Sevenheavens_ Team?
You can prepare the name of your design, the figure of your design, and picture’s references of your design.
7. Can I still request revisions after you deliver my design?
Yes, sure, we can do revisions after we deliver your design. All you need to do is click the revision button in the deliver column, and we will make revisions to your design until you are satisfied with the final result. Customer's satisfaction is our PRIORITY!
8. What if I'm not satisfied with my delivery?
We can figure it out together, and you can tell us EVERYTHING you need or wish to be improved. I will provide you with unlimited revisions until you are satisfied! Customer satisfaction is OUR PRIORITY! If you're still not happy, we can guarantee a refund!

My understanding was I would get a completed graphic in that time frame or I would not have agreed to the price.
