About this gig
Hi, I am Omotayo, a sewing pattern maker with a focus on women's wear.
Do you already have your pattern digital pattern made and want it graded into multiple sizes? Then you are in the right place if you have your sewing pattern in AI (Adobe Illustrator native file) or in DXF AAMA/ASTM. Your file isn't any of these? Let me know beforehand so that I can run a check to see if I will be able to work with it.
The finished work can be delivered in AI, DXF, DXF with RUL, PDF, PLT, GERBER etc, Let me know which two suit your needs.
The pricing does not include running a thorough check on your pattern pieces before grading is done. It is assumed that your base pattern pieces have been trued and perfected with all seams and notches matching beforehand. If you want me to carry out an audit and correction of your pattern pieces, kindly select the gig extra or contact me for a quote.

What software do you work with?
PADSystem and Adobe Illustrator
Apart from the sewing pattern file, what else do you require for the job?
For starters, 1. A drawing or picture of the style. 2. Your size spec or size chart detailing at least the bust, waist and hip measurements.
My base/first pattern is in XXS, can I grade that up to 6XL?
In a very wide size range, It is recommended that the base pattern be the median/average size in your size chart. How far out the grading can be from the original size depends on the style and intended fit, the fabric type (woven/knit) etc. Let us discuss this.
