What information do you need to begin?
Please provide a description of your current process, the people involved, required approval stages, expected outcome, data source and any existing forms, spreadsheets or screenshots.
Can you improve an existing Power App or Power Automate flow?
es. I can review, troubleshoot and improve an existing Canvas app or cloud flow. Please explain the issue and provide screenshots or error messages before ordering.
Which data sources do you work with?
primarily work with SharePoint lists, Microsoft Forms and other standard Microsoft 365 connectors. Contact me first if your solution requires Dataverse, premium connectors or an external system.
Do I need a Microsoft licence?
Yes. You are responsible for having the Microsoft 365, Power Apps or Power Automate licenses required for your solution. I can help identify the likely license requirement before development begins.
What if my application or workflow is complex?
Projects involving many screens, multiple user roles, multi-stage approvals, Dataverse, integrations or advanced calculations require a custom offer. After reviewing your requirements, I will provide a suitable price and timeline. Larger projects may require 30–45 days.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes to the agreed design or workflow. New screens, workflows, features or requirements introduced after development begins may require an additional fee and delivery time.
Will you provide support after delivery?
I will provide basic handover guidance and resolve issues directly related to the agreed delivery. Ongoing support, maintenance or new features can be arranged through a custom offer.
