Find the response-quality issues that frustrate chatbot users. I review text-based AI outputs against an agreed rubric for factual consistency, instruction following, relevance and clarity.

Each response is up to 300 words. You supply the prompts, outputs, expected behavior and reference material (up to 10 pages). Scores describe the reviewed sample, not a guarantee about every future response.
Factual checks use the supplied references. External research, code changes, model training, security penetration testing and ongoing monitoring are separate. Send your use case and a small anonymized sample before ordering. English or German text evaluation.

What does one evaluation item mean?
One item is one prompt-response pair, with a response of up to 300 words. Packages cover the total number of pairs shown. We agree the use case, rubric and reference material before work begins.
Can you check factual accuracy and hallucinations?
I check factual consistency against the reference material you provide and flag unsupported claims. Source material is limited to 10 pages per order. Open-ended web research, specialist professional judgments and exhaustive fact verification require separate scope.
Will you fix or retrain my chatbot?
This gig delivers evaluation, scoring and recommendations. Code changes, prompt implementation, model training, deployment, security penetration testing and ongoing monitoring are not included.
How is the rubric selected?
Basic uses your supplied rubric. Standard and Premium include a tailored rubric agreed for your use case. The scored sheet includes response-level notes, so findings can be traced to the reviewed examples.
