How long is the extra time valid for?
The extra time is only valid soon after the sessions for the basic and standard package. For the premium package you can use it at any time depending on sessions taking place. (even after hours is appropriate)
How do I know the sessions are helping?
Sessions are arranged according to what you need. I will work with you to attain your goals.
Are refunds available?
At this time, refunds are not available.
Do you speak any other languages?
Unfortunately I do not speak another language. However if a translator is arranged I can still be of service
What happens if I miss a session?
You will be charged if appropriate time has not been given. However if I have been contacted in advance we can reschedule. (2 hours prior, single bookings only)

No. Audio calls and video calls are possible too, however an inital meet and greet would be preferred.
