Do you need the product sent to you?
Yes! For most physical products I'll need you to ship to me - I'll confirm my shipping address after purchase. For food, drink, or locally available items I can source them myself with a budget or reimbursement. Digital products and brand kits can be sent over electronically.
Do you write the script or do I provide one?
Both! Script writing is included in every package. If you have talking points, a brief, or a full script ready to go I'm happy to work from that. If not, I'll write something that feels natural and on-brand for you. Either way I bring personality to it so it never sounds like a robot
What usage rights are included?
Every package includes 3 months of usage rights for organic social media. If you need extended rights for paid ads, Amazon listings, or commercial use, please message me before ordering and we can put together a custom package that works for your needs!
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3 days for all packages. For time-sensitive campaigns, please message me before ordering so we can make sure the timeline works!
How are revisions handled?
Revisions are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a revision is needed due to an error on my end, it is always covered. If changes are requested due to a shift in brand direction or scope, a revision fee may apply. Please message me before ordering if you have any questions about this!
Can I get the raw footage?
Raw footage is not included as a standard deliverable but can be added on request. Just message me before ordering, and we can work out the details!
What if I have a specific concept or brand guidelines?
Please send everything over before ordering! The more context you give me - brand voice, visual references, do's and don'ts - the better the final video will be. I love collaborating and I'm great at taking direction while still making the content feel natural and authentic.
Do you accept rush orders?
Sometimes! If you have an urgent deadline please message me before placing your order so I can check my availability. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on my current workload.
