Is this a personalized program?
No. Losing weight is all about being in a caloric deficit. My program just shows you how to remain in one in the most enjoyable and effortless way possible. The workout program is designed to give you the most bang for your buck, and should not be altered if possible.

How many times am I lifting per week?
This program is designed for three workouts sessions per week. It's more manageable for most people but it is also more effective. Strength gains are much more consistent with every other day training, and taking 48 hours of rest between intense workouts allows your CNS to recover.
What's the difference between this program and your Superhero Shredding program?
Aggressive Shredding is recommended for those that have 20+lbs to lose. It's for faster fat loss while maintaining/building up some strength. Superhero Shredding is for slower fat loss while maximizing growth. Recommended for those who don't have much fat to lose, or have a "skinny-fat" physique.
