1. What do I need to provide to get started?
Send your app screenshots or screen recordings, app icon/logo (PNG), 3–5 key features to highlight, and preferred music style (upbeat, calm, or corporate). Brand colors or style references are a bonus.
2. Is the music royalty-free? Can I use the video commercially?
Yes! All music is 100% royalty-free and licensed for commercial use. Publish safely on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Play, and the App Store with zero copyright issues or takedown risk.
3. Can I use this video as an Apple App Store preview?
Apple requires real on-device screen recordings for App Store previews. My Standard and Premium packages can be adapted to Apple's specs if you provide your recordings. Message me before ordering to confirm.
4. Can this video be used for Google Play Store?
Absolutely. Google Play has no restrictions on animated mockup videos. All three packages work perfectly for your Play Store listing and are a proven way to boost your app's conversion rate.
5. What video formats will I receive?
All packages deliver MP4. Standard adds an Instagram 1:1 cut and a 6-second YouTube pre-roll. Premium includes all formats — 9:16 vertical, 1:1 square, and 16:9 landscape — for Stories, Reels, and ads.
6. How do revisions work?
Basic includes 2 revisions, Standard 3, and Premium unlimited. Revisions cover text, timing, music, colors, and transitions. A full concept change may need a new order — message me first and we will sort it out.
7. Can you add a voiceover to the video?
Yes! Send your own recording and I will mix it in professionally. Need a voice actor or text-to-speech? Available as a paid add-on. Message me before ordering to discuss options and pricing.
8. Can you make the video in a language other than English?
Absolutely. I support any language — Arabic (with right-to-left layout), French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Chinese and more. Just specify your language in the order form and I will handle it correctly.
