What audio formats do you accept?
I accept MP3, WAV, and OGG.
Do you offer timestamps?
Standard and Premium packages include timestamps. If you're ordering Basic and want them added, message me for a custom quote.
How accurate is the transcript?
Every transcript is verified line by line against the audio. I check dates, numbers, and names specifically. If something is unclear in the audio, I flag it rather than guess.
Do you handle multiple speakers?
Basic covers one speaker, Standard covers up to two speakers, and Premium covers up to three speakers. Additional speakers can be added for ten dollars Each.
Is my audio kept private?
Yes. Audio is processed locally on my machine and never uploaded to the cloud services. Files are deleted after delivery unless you ask me to keep them.
