Which Excel version do I need?
Microsoft 365 or Excel 2016+ on Windows is best. VBA macros have limits on Mac and don't run in Excel Online or Google Sheets; tell me what you use and I'll adapt.
Can you convert scanned PDFs?
Text-based PDFs convert accurately. Scanned PDFs need OCR and may need manual checks, so please send a sample first and I'll confirm feasibility and scope.
Is my data kept confidential?
Yes. I only use your files for your order, don't share them, and can delete them after delivery. You can also send anonymized sample data.
Can I get the result in Google Sheets?
Cleaning, formulas and conversions can be delivered in Google Sheets. VBA macros are Excel-only; for Sheets, ask me about an alternative before ordering.
What if my file is bigger than the package?
Send me the file or a sample first. I'll recommend the right package or send a custom offer, so there are no surprises.
