I'm a Product Owner and working with startups and IT professionals for 10+ years now. I have experienced a number of project management tools including Monday.com, Confluence to name the few.

In this gig, I will be offering the following services,

• Assisting in product discovery and design thinking phase.
• Story mapping, storyboarding, release planning, and roadmap sessions.
• Creating a product backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria
• Conducting refinement meeting and prioritization of the stories/bugs and tasks and plan development work
• Facilitation in Sprint Review to demo the product to stakeholders and clients. 
• Conducting customer surveys and identify key metrics to improve the product experience.
