Need someone to fix known accessibility issues on your website?
I bring 10+ years of accessibility testing experience and JAWS certification. I use manual and automated testing, keyboard checks, and screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver, with the test setup agreed for your project.
REMEDIATION: I implement agreed accessibility fixes where your platform allows changes, then retest them against the selected WCAG version and level. You receive the agreed fixes and a summary of retesting.
AUDIT: If separately included in your package or Fiverr offer, I assess agreed pages and journeys and report identified barriers, their impact, relevant WCAG criteria and recommendations. An audit identifies issues; remediation implements fixes.

Do I need an audit report before you can fix my site?
No. An existing audit helps define the fixes. Without one, send your URL and known issues through Fiverr so we can agree what needs testing or fixing before you order. An audit is included only when your package or Fiverr offer explicitly lists it.
What is the difference between an audit and remediation?
An audit tests the agreed scope and reports barriers with recommendations. Remediation implements agreed fixes and retests them. Your package or Fiverr offer specifies whether you receive an audit, fixes, or both.
Will you guarantee ADA or WCAG compliance?
No. I provide technical testing and improvements within an agreed scope, not legal advice, a compliance certificate or protection from claims. Results apply to the tested version and scope. Later changes can introduce new barriers.
Which standard and screen readers do you use?
We agree the WCAG version and target level before work begins. Testing may include JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, keyboard checks and automated tools. Your scope specifies the browser, device and screen-reader combinations included.
Does the package cover my entire website?
Basic covers up to 5 pages, Standard up to 12 and Premium up to 25, with agreed issues and test environments. New pages, languages or workflows need separate scoping before purchase. Sampled testing does not establish full-site conformance.
Can you fix issues on any website platform?
Fixes depend on your platform, editable code and permissions. Share your platform and issues before ordering. Third-party widgets, locked themes or vendor-managed features may require their provider's action; I will explain limitations.
What will I receive, including Premium VPAT/ACR?
You receive the agreed implemented fixes and retest summary or report. Premium also includes VPAT/ACR and 14 days of post-fix support. An ACR records evaluation findings and limitations; it is not a legal compliance certificate or guarantee.
What counts as a revision or post-fix support?
Basic includes 1 revision, Standard 2 and Premium 3. Revisions correct or clarify the agreed deliverable. Premium support covers the agreed fixes for 14 days; new features, pages or unrelated issues require separate scope.
What access do you need?
Public URLs may suffice for an audit. Restricted flows need an authorized test account; fixes may need limited staging or repository access. Use test data and limited permissions. Do not send personal passwords, payment information or real customer data.
