What access do you need?
WordPress admin login. For server errors (500, white screen), I may also need hosting, cPanel or FTP access. Please share it through Fiverr's secure inbox.
How fast can you fix a critical error?
Most critical errors and white screens are fixed within a few hours of getting access. Complex conflicts can take up to 1 day.
Will you back up my site first?
Yes. I take a backup before changing anything, so your site can always be restored.
What if my issue is bigger than the package?
I'll tell you before starting and send a custom offer. You never pay for work you didn't agree to.
Do you fix WooCommerce and Elementor problems?
Yes. That includes WooCommerce cart, checkout and payment errors, plus Elementor, Divi and WPBakery layout bugs.
What if the bug comes back?
If the same issue returns during the support period, I'll fix it free.
