It works both ways! You can open the app and mark attendance Offline without any internet. The app will save the data locally on your phone. As soon as your device connects to the internet, it will automatically Sync
Where is my data stored? Is it secure?
Your data is securely backed up to your personal/organization Google Sheets (in your Google Drive). This means even if you lose your phone, your attendance records are safe in the cloud.
Are there any monthly or yearly subscription fees?
Absolutely not. This is a standalone app. Once you pay for this gig, the app is yours forever with zero hidden costs or server fees.
Can I customize the app with my Institute's Name and Logo?
Yes! I offer branding customization. Please check the Standard or Premium packages, or message me for a custom offer to include your branding.
Can I manage multiple different classes or batches?
Yes, absolutely! The app is designed for full institute management. You can create unlimited classes and sections (e.g., Grade 9-A, Grade 9-B). The system organizes data separately for every single class and section.
What happens if I lose or change my phone? Is my data lost?
No, your data is completely safe! Since the app automatically syncs with Google Sheets, your attendance history is safely stored in the cloud (your Google Drive). Even if you delete the app or lose your phone, you can still access all your past attendance records by simply opening your Google Sheet
As the Admin/Principal, do I have full control over the data?
es, 100%. You will be the "Owner" of the Google Sheet. While your teachers can use the app to send attendance data, they cannot delete the Google Sheet or manipulate past records unless you give them permission. You hold the master key to your data.
Do you need my Google Password to set up the sync?
No, never. I respect your privacy. I will set up the Google Apps Script on a sheet and share it with you, or guide you on how to copy the script. I never require your personal password to build or configure the app.
How do we start? Do I need to create the Google Sheet first?
You don't need to do anything! I provide a "Done-For-You" setup. I will create the professionally formatted Google Sheet with the automation scripts pre-installed and link it to your app. You just receive the finished product ready to use.
