3. Can you prepare utility layouts or modify existing plans?
No. I do not create, redesign, or modify utility layouts. My service is limited to measuring and quantifying items shown in the existing construction drawings.
4. What files do I need to provide?
Please provide the latest available PDF construction plans, including utility plans, profiles, schedules, legends, and relevant details. CAD files or specifications can also be provided when available and relevant.
5. What deliverables will I receive?
You will receive an organized Excel quantity takeoff sheet and marked-up PDF drawings, depending on the selected package. Quantities will be categorized by utility type and pipe size where the drawings provide sufficient information.
6. Do you provide material pricing or a complete bid estimate?
