I'll need access details (FTP/cPanel/hosting or GitHub repo), a description of the issue, and steps to reproduce it if possible. Screenshots or error messages help me diagnose faster.
Do you need full access to my server?
Not always — for small fixes, I can often work with just the relevant files. For live-server work, I recommend a backup first (included in my "Fix on live server" extra) to keep your site safe.
What if the bug takes longer than expected to fix?
I'll always confirm scope before starting. If I discover the issue is more complex once I start, I'll let you know upfront and we can discuss extra time or cost before I continue — no surprise charges.
Can you fix bugs in WordPress or other CMS platforms?
My focus is Core PHP and custom-built websites/web apps. If your bug is on a CMS like WordPress, message me first so I can confirm if I can help.
