What do you need to get started?
I usually need your WordPress login and hosting, cPanel, FTP, or SSH access. If you're not sure what to provide, just send me a message and I'll guide you.
Can you remove my website from Google, VirusTotal, and other security blacklists?
Yes. I can help remove blacklist warnings from Google Safe Browsing, VirusTotal, and many other security providers after your website has been cleaned. If a review request is required, I'll handle that too.
Will you remove the malware completely?
Yes. I manually remove malware, identify the root cause, and clean infected files. I also improve your website security to help reduce the risk of the same problem happening again.
How long does the process take?
In most cases, I can remove the Google Red Warning or Google "Deceptive Site Ahead" warning within 5–12 hours after the malware is cleaned. However, VirusTotal and other security vendors review websites on their own schedule, so blacklist removal may take longer depending on the provider.
