About this Gig
Real dispatcher. Real loads. Real US carrier experience.
I dispatch for owner-operators and small fleets running US 48 dry van, reefer, flatbed, and step deck. I've dispatched for Innovative Trucking and other US-based carriers, and I know how the load boards, brokers, factoring companies, and rate negotiations actually work because I do it every week.
What I do for you:
Find loads on DAT, Truckstop, and direct broker relationships
Negotiate the rate not just take the posted number
Vet every broker (Carrier411, days-to-pay, credit score)
Review rate confirmations before your driver signs
Handle BOL, POD, and dispatch paperwork
Coordinate with your factoring company (Apex, TAFS, RTS, OTR, TBS, etc.)
Check-calls to keep drivers moving and brokers informed
File detention, layover, and TONU claims when you're owed money
Weekly earnings report so you know exactly what you netted
Truck types I dispatch:
Dry van (53' and 48')
Reefer (temperature-controlled)
Flatbed & step deck
Hotshot & power-only
Box trucks (26' and under, non-CDL)
Lanes I focus on:
US 48 · Mixed OTR, regional, and dedicated · Home-time preferences respected · I do not force loads that don't pay

FAQ
What percentage do you charge?
Fiverr packages are flat-rate, not percentage. Per-week service works out to roughly 3–5% of gross for most owner-operators — cheaper than the standard 8–10% US dispatch fee.
Do you have a Carrier Setup Packet?
I can help you build one on Standard and Premium. Most brokers require MC, DOT, W9, COI, and NOA — I organize all of it and send professionally to new brokers.
What load boards do you use?
DAT Power (primary), Truckstop, Direct Freight, and 123Loadboard. I also work direct broker relationships when possible for better rates and repeat freight.
Can you dispatch for a driver with a new MC (under 6 months)?
Yes — with the caveat that new-authority carriers face broker restrictions and lower rates for the first 6 months. I'll be honest with you about what to expect and target brokers who work with new authorities. Do you dispatch on weekends? Not by default on Basic/Standard. Add the weekend extra (+$10
Do you dispatch on weekends?
Not by default on Basic/Standard. Add the weekend extra (+$100/week) and I cover Saturday and Sunday load searches for Monday pickups.
How do you handle rate negotiation?
Every load I book, I counter the posted rate. My average lift is $150–$400 per load depending on lane and freight type. If a broker won't move, I move on — I don't book cheap freight.
What happens if the load has a problem in transit?
I coordinate with the broker, communicate with your driver, and handle detention/lumper claims. If it's an accident or a service failure that needs your direct decision, I call you immediately.
Do you sign contracts on my behalf?
No. Your driver or you sign every rate confirmation. I prepare it, review it, and send it — but the legal signature is always the carrier's. This protects your authority.
Can I try you for one week before committing to a month?
Yes — that's exactly what the Standard package is for. One week, one truck, five loads. If it works, we scale. If it doesn't, no obligation.
What time zone do you work?
Pakistan Standard Time (PKT). I'm actively dispatching from 6 PM to 2 AM US Eastern time — which means I book your driver's loads overnight and you wake up with the day dispatched.
