What is a confirmed enquiry?
A confirmed enquiry is recorded after a supported WordPress form is successfully processed by the website or form system. A form click or submit attempt alone is not counted as a confirmed enquiry.
Which WordPress forms do you support?
Support depends on the form plugin, theme and submission method. Please send your website URL and form-plugin name before ordering so I can confirm compatibility and the correct implementation approach.
What is included in each package?
Basic covers one form and one confirmed-enquiry goal. Standard adds page, CTA and form-journey tracking, attribution and QA. Premium adds the branded dashboard, client-owned Cloudflare setup, handoff and support.
Does Premium include the dashboard?
Yes. Premium includes a branded decision dashboard for sessions, page interest, contact intent, confirmed enquiries, source and campaign, devices, funnel drop-offs, anonymous journeys and tracking health.
Will phone or WhatsApp clicks count as confirmed leads?
No. Phone, WhatsApp and contact-button clicks are tracked as contact intent. They become confirmed leads only when a trusted phone, CRM, booking or backend system can verify the outcome.
Can you track appointments, customers or revenue?
Only when a trusted booking, CRM, payment or backend source is available and included in the project scope. Without that integration, the dashboard reports website activity and confirmed form enquiries only.
Can you send conversions to Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn?
Yes, supported conversion events can be configured for Google Ads, Meta or LinkedIn when account access, consent settings and platform requirements allow. These destinations are priced as extras or a custom offer.
Do I need Cloudflare or a monthly TrackFlowPro subscription?
Cloudflare infrastructure is included only with Premium and is deployed in your own account. There is no compulsory TrackFlowPro subscription, although third-party usage or plan charges may apply.
What access do you need?
I may need temporary WordPress administrator access, GA4 access and, depending on the package, limited Cloudflare or advertising-platform access. Please never send passwords or unrestricted global API keys.
Can you guarantee every visitor or conversion will be tracked?
No provider can guarantee every event across all browsers, privacy tools, consent choices, outages or internet interruptions. I tailor the setup, perform controlled tests and verify the supported tracking before handoff.
