Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Send a short explanation, the affected platform and any error message or recording. I will confirm whether the issue fits this service and recommend the appropriate scope. This first discussion does not include a full code investigation.
What does the Basic package include?
Up to 2 work hours investigating one reported issue, including setup and a findings report with next steps. Repair is not included. If I cannot confirm the root cause within that time, I explain what I checked, the findings and any blockers.
What kinds of React Native problems can you assess?
Crashes, blank screens, UI and keyboard issues, navigation, deep links, API errors, Firebase authentication and notifications, native integrations, build failures and reproducible performance problems. Feasibility depends on the issue and codebase.
Do you work with Android and iOS?
Yes. Tell me whether the issue affects Android, iOS or both. I will confirm the platforms, OS versions and testing environment covered by your order. Physical-device testing is included only when the required device is available and agreed.
What do you need to start?
Steps to reproduce, expected and actual behavior, React Native version, affected platform, relevant logs or recordings, and source code with setup instructions. Remove secrets from logs and use limited collaborator access where needed.
What will I receive after a repair?
The agreed source-code changes, a summary of the repair, verification notes identifying what was tested, and a short handover with any setup steps or known limitations. Store submission is outside the standard repair packages.
What counts as a revision?
A revision refines or corrects the agreed deliverable. For Basic, it covers clarification or correction of the findings report. New features, unrelated bugs and additional platform coverage require separate scope.
Are upgrades, backend changes and store submission included?
Only work explicitly agreed for your order is included. Major upgrades, backend rewrites, new features and store submissions require a separate assessment and quote. App Store or Google Play approval is not guaranteed.
What happens if the issue is more complex than expected?
I will explain the findings and discuss the available options through Fiverr before expanding the work. I will not silently increase the price or claim that an unresolved problem has been fixed.
Can you fix Java or Swift native code?
Yes, I assess Java/Swift native modules, bridges and SDK integrations within React Native apps. For standalone Java or Swift apps, I review the issue and build/testing requirements before confirming whether I can take on the repair.
