Q: Can the bot give wrong answers?
No AI is 100% perfect. The bot answers only from the information you give me (FAQs, price lists, listings), and I set rules so it says it does not know instead of guessing. Anything unclear goes to a human. I test it with real questions before delivery.
Q: Can it also run on my website?
Yes. The same bot can run as a website chat and save website leads to the same CRM or sheet. Message me before ordering so I can include it in the scope.
Q: Can replies be checked before they are sent?
Yes. For sensitive messages I can add an approval step so your team reviews a reply before it goes out. Tell me which messages need approval.
Q: What if something breaks after delivery?
I add error alerts and logging to every bot. Premium includes 1 week of support after delivery for fixes related to my work.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes, a WhatsApp Business account or API access in your name is needed. I help with the setup. Meta's own approval rules and message fees may apply.
