Do you actually speak Hebrew, or use a translator?
Hebrew is my first language. I write and check the text myself. Machine translation into Hebrew reads wrong to a native speaker in a way that is hard to describe but very easy to notice, and it costs you trust on the first visit.
Can you fix a Hebrew site someone else built badly?
Usually, yes. Send me the link. I will tell you what is broken and whether fixing it is cheaper than rebuilding the page, even when the honest answer is that you should not pay me to patch it.
