About this gig
Stop using Custom GPTs that only work during testing.
A great Custom GPT isn't just a few instructions and uploaded PDFs.
It should understand your business, retrieve the right information, call external APIs, and complete real tasks- not just generate text.
That's exactly what I build.
I'm Shakeel, with experience building AI systems for startups, agencies, and businesses. Over the past few years, I have completed over 200 projects.
I specialize in production-ready Custom GPTs that go beyond basic prompts.
What I can build:
- Custom GPTs for internal teams
- Customer support assistants
- Sales & lead qualification gpts and automations
- Company knowledge assistants
- HR & onboarding GPTs
- AI copilots for your business
Advanced Features:
- GPT Actions
- External API Integration
- Knowledge Base Setup
- Custom Instructions
- Conversation Starters
- Web Browsing
- Code Interpreter
- Google Sheets
- Notion
Perfect for:
- Agencies
- Startups
- Healthcare
- Real Estate
- E-commerce
I don't just configure a GPT. I design how it should think, retrieve information, interact with APIs, and behave in real-world conversations.
If you're unsure what's possible, send me your idea before ordering. I'll recommend the best app

FAQ
Do I need ChatGPT Plus or Team to use a Custom GPT?
Yes, Custom GPTs require a ChatGPT Plus, Team, or Enterprise subscription to create and use. If you don't have this yet, I can guide you on which plan fits your use case before we start. The GPT itself works for anyone you share it with, as long as they also have a paid ChatGPT account.
What is a "Custom Action" in a GPT?
A Custom Action allows your GPT to interact with external software. Instead of just "talking," it can actually DO things, like look up a customer in your CRM, send a Slack message, or fetch real-time data from your database via an API.
What if my API doesn't have public documentation?
Custom Actions require a valid OpenAPI schema (JSON/YAML). If your tool doesn't have this, message me first. I can often help you map out the schema or suggest alternative automation tools like n8n or Zapier to bridge the gap.
Is it safe to put my API keys in a Custom GPT?
We will use secure authentication methods (like OAuth or API keys passed securely). I will guide you on the best security practices so your data remains protected. Never share your actual API keys in the Fiverr chat; we will handle that securely during the order.
