I can digitize logos, artwork, patches, badges, monograms, lettering, caps, hats, left-chest designs, jacket backs, appliqué and 3D Puff designs.
2. Which machine file formats do you provide?
I provide commonly requested formats including DST, PES, JEF and VP3. Other formats can also be provided upon request.
3. Do you manually digitize the designs?
Yes. I use Wilcom Embroidery Studio and professionally structure the stitches rather than relying on automatic conversion.
4. Can you digitize a JPG or PNG image?
Yes. I can create a machine-ready stitch file from JPG, PNG, PDF, vector artwork or other suitable source files.
5. Can you handle complex or detailed logos?
Yes. I work with both simple and complex artwork. For highly detailed designs, small lettering or large back designs, please contact me first for an accurate quote.
6. Can you create 3D Puff or appliqué designs?
Yes. I can prepare suitable artwork for 3D Puff and appliqué applications. Please send the design first so I can check its suitability.
7. Can you digitize designs specifically for caps and hats?
Yes. Cap and hat designs can be structured according to the application, including appropriate stitch direction, sequencing and density.
8. Will the file be ready for machine production?
Yes. I focus on creating production-ready files with appropriate underlay, stitch density, sequencing and pull compensation based on the design and application.
9. Can you deliver the file within 1 hour?
Yes, for eligible simple and medium-complexity designs. Delivery time depends on the artwork, size, stitch complexity and required techniques. Please contact me first if you need an urgent order.
10. What do you need from me before starting?
Please provide your artwork, final embroidery size, intended application (cap, shirt, patch, jacket, etc.) and required machine format. If you are unsure about any technical details, send the artwork and I will guide you.
