What information do I need to provide to get started?
I will need login information to your Zapier. We will also need to discuss what apps you want to connect, what triggers the automation (e.g. a new form submission), and what action you want to happen as a result. A brief description of your current workflow helps too.
What if my Zap breaks or stops working after delivery?
I offer post-delivery support to fix any issues related to the work I completed. If something breaks because of a change on your end (new app settings, account changes), I'll help troubleshoot at a fair rate.
Can you work with the Zaps I already have set up?
Absolutely. I can audit, fix, optimize, or expand existing Zaps. If the automation isn't firing correctly it may need to be reworked completely which is the same as setting up a brand new Zap. After you sign up for the chosen gig, share access and I'll take a look.
