I will design a custom plastic enclosure for your electronics

About this gig
A plastic enclosure that fits your electronics the first time.
Send me your PCB as a STEP file from KiCad, Altium or EasyEDA, or a drawing with measurements. I model your board and connectors, then design the enclosure around them: screw bosses, snap fits, connector openings, vents, cable routing and a clean fit between the two halves.
3D-printed and moulded parts need different design rules. I design for the one you will use: wall thickness, draft, ribs and gate position for moulding, or print orientation and clearances for 3D printing.
What you get
- SolidWorks parts and assembly with your board in place
- STEP files, plus STL files for 3D printing
- An interference check, so nothing clashes
- A drawing with key dimensions (Standard and Premium)
- Draft, even walls and ribs for moulding (Premium)
Your logo, text and product labels can go right on the part.
Add a 3D file your client can open on any computer or phone, no CAD needed (+US$40, included in Premium).

FAQ
What file do you need for my board?
A STEP export of the PCB is best. A drawing with board size, hole positions and connector positions also works.
Will it be printed or moulded?
Tell me your quantity. A printed part and a moulded part are designed differently, and I design for the one you will use.
Can you add a logo or labels?
Yes. Send the artwork and I will emboss or deboss it on the part, or apply it as a decal on renders.
