I charge extra because you are getting a premium 1 on 1 service and my time is blocked to do/check other things. Sometimes it requires extra time and need to answer extra questions.

No, once it is verified and authenticated you are free to send out any time you want without a hassle.
Do I need to share my login details?
Yes, I do not misuse them. Many buyers trust me. You can also change the password after the work. I also offer Zoom call gig extra to do it remotely without login details.
